Kingsbury Aqaurius compete at West Midlands Water Festival

The weekend of 24th/25th July saw KA swimmers take on their first gala in over 16 months at the West Midlands Water Festival at The Alan Higgs pool in Coventry.
Well done to all swimmers, a big thank you to coach Clare being their for all our swimmers over the weekend, and to our officials who gave up time over the weekend to help.

We had fantastic swims by all our swimmers but a special mention should go to Jenson Pickett who took first place in the 100m breaststroke in the Festival of Swimming. This follows an amazing second place in the 200m breaststroke on Saturday. Fab swimming Jenson ??????

Coach Clare commented on Facebook "Just got home after a very long weekend, but I am so over whelmed with proud for our club its amazing??
Your kids are amazing each one has dealt with this last 16 months differently but all have come through it as wonderful children, adults, and hopeful have found the love for swimming again and remember why we train for that feeling of racing again.
Bring on September KA are awesome ??‍??????‍????"
